Since each piece is made to order with care, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at help@shopinnerchildcreates.com — we’re always here to help.

Each item is created to order with care and intention.

Embroidery: 5–10 business days
Printed designs (DTG/DTF): 2–7 business days

Please note: Processing & production times may take a little longer during the holiday season. Thank you for your patience and support of our small business.

U.S. shipping: calculated at checkout (we sometimes offer free U.S. shipping — keep an eye out!).

Once production is complete, your order is shipped directly to you. A tracking number is generated automatically and shared with you via email.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package hasn’t arrived:

First, check with your local post office to see if they’re holding it.
If it’s not there, please use the “post-delivery” link in your shipping email and send us a note so we can help resolve the issue together.

If your delivery notification hasn’t landed in your inbox, don’t worry — just send us a note at help@shopinnerchildcreates.com and we’ll make sure you get your tracking details.

If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your package and include:

• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order number
• A photo of the packaging and label (if available)

You can also send these details through the “post-delivery” link in your shipping email. Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. You deserve a piece that feels just as comforting as it looks. 💜

Each item is made to order with care. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. This allows us to reduce waste & honor the mindful nature of our small business.

Yes! At checkout, you’ll find a little checkbox if you’d like to send your order as a gift. This includes a cozy illustrated gift note tucked inside.

Pssst… our gift note & thank you card designs change with each drop or season. They’re made to be more than just notes — you can hang them as a mini poster, slip them into a frame, or even use them as a bookmark. A tiny keepsake with every gift.

To keep your Comfort Tee soft and lasting:

Cold wash, inside out
Gentle dry or lay flat in a patch of sunlight
Embroidery deserves a break — no direct ironing
Use a soft detergent (and softer intentions)
